I would like to let you know that my visit with you last Tuesday for a replacement filling was one of the most stress-free experiences (as far as fillings are concerned) I have ever had. Each visit I've had with you for a filling or similar procedure has been excellent and those visits are helping me replace the childhood dental traumas that have made my adult visits painful flashbacks (and I mean that literally). I know I may still have some anxiety from time to time but it pales in comparison to the fear I used to deal with.

My life has changed, thanks to Dr. Gusar. I had severe Tetracycline staining from childhood. I had cosmetic bonding placed in 1985, and was petrified to have anyone touch my teeth, even though the bonding was discolored, and getting past it's life expectancy.
I consulted with Dr. Gusar numerous times before making the decision. I asked about pain, money, insurance - everything. He took time, had me meet with his office staff, we explored all options, and boy, how they worked with my insurance, and with me.
My one regret, was that I did not do this sooner. I smile all the time. I can't even control it. I get compliments on my teeth/smile, every, single day. I have to honestly say, Dr. Gusar is a perfectionist, and he has a patient and a friend for life.
